We are a Canadian-owned company with the Head Office in Winnipeg, Manitoba. SpeedPro began franchising in 1991 and quickly became the country’s largest sign producer. Today, we have 48 franchises from Victoria to Newfoundland. We offer two business models in Canada; SpeedPro Signs and SpeedPro Imaging. This versatility allows SpeedPro’s clients the best solutions available.

Stuart Burns
President
Stuart brings vast business experience and skill to head the Canadian SpeedPro Group. Stuart has 20 years experience in progressive sales and marketing leadership roles in high profile, large, and multinational organizations. He was a "high-energy" manager who has piloted initiatives and streamlined operations to achieve record-breaking sales and profitability. His expertise on the finance side allows Stuart to work with Franchisees to help drive their businesses to new levels. Stuart has attended Wilfred Laurier University, University of Western Ontario, York University and the Detroit Business School.

Jim Wernham
Director of Operations
Jim offers 22 years of team and business building success to help and support franchisee's in achieving business and personal objectives. From initial training to growing existing customers, Jim provides planning and implementation expertise. While Jim's extensive experience slants to achieving sales and marketing goals, his expertise in human resources and operational excellence round out his proven skills. Jim is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a former Vice President of Coca-Cola Bottling Ltd. In each of the last eight years as General Manager, he led Pro Auto to record sales and profits.

Lance Barnett
Franchisee Support
Lance has a degree in graphic design and worked in the sign industry since 1991. He was Assistant Production Manager at one of Canada's largest sign manufacturers for several years. Lance joined SpeedPro in 1996 and has worked in a variety of responsibilities including R&D with new products and vendors. Lance served on the BC Sign Association Board of Directors for 7 years.

Kristin Hoebee
Franchise Development
Kristin provides a diverse array of support to the Canadian SpeedPro locations, looking after accounting and franchise administrative duties as well as Franchise and Marketing development. Kristin comes from a background of both retail management and office accounting.

Karen Keist
Technical Franchisee Support
For 30 years Karen worked in senior management for large International and national companies. Karen has been based in Edmonton and the Greater Vancouver area for her career. Karen left her corporate position to get more direct contact and hands on involvement with customers. In 2003 she purchased and successfully developed one of the first SpeedPro Imaging Studios in North America. Karen sold her business for the benefits of Semi Retirement; however she was equally excited when SpeedPro Head Office called to offer some new challenges. Shortly after Karen agreed to begin in a new position called, Franchise Technical Support.
