Stuart Burns
President
Stuart brings vast business experience and skill to head the Canadian Speedpro Group. Stuart has Twenty years experience in progressive sales and marketing leadership roles in high profile, large, and multinational organizations. He was a “high-energy” manager who has piloted initiatives and streamlined operations to achieve record-breaking sales and profitability.

His expertise on the finance side allows Stuart to work with Franchisees to help drive their businesses to new levels. Stuart has attended Wilfred Laurier University, University of Western Ontario, York University and the Detroit Business School
Jim Wernham
Director of Operations
Jim offers 22 years of Team and Business building success to help and support franchisee’s in achieving business and personal objectives. From initial training to growing existing customers, Jim provides planning and implementation expertise. While Jim’s extensive experience slants to achieving sales and marketing goals, his expertise in human resources and operational excellence round out his proven skills.

Jim is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a former Vice President of Coca-Cola Bottling Ltd. In each of the last eight years as General Manager, he led Pro Auto to record sales and profits.
Al Crow
Regional Manager
B. Comm, CA, CIRP
Al Crow has been the driving force behind the development of Speedpro's presence on Vancouver Island. Using his background as a skilled manager, he has been an integral member of the Speedpro team for over 15 years.

Previously Al was the Chief Executive Officer of 17 retail outlets and responsible for the operations and results for the chain.
He has been heavily involved in the community by being an outstanding committee member for various organizations. In 1993 he was the president of the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce and also spent six years on their Board of Directors.

Currently Al is on the Board of Advisors to the Dean of the Faculty of Business at the University of Victoria and on the Board of Governors of the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce.

Lance Barnett
Franchisee Support
Lance has a degree in graphic design and worked in the sign industry since 1991. He was Assistant Production Manager at one of Canada’s largest sign manufacturers and has experience with laminators and digital printers going back to their introduction into the Sign insdustry. Lance joined Speedpro in 1996 and has worked in a variety of responsibilities including R&D with new products and vendors. Lance is currently serving on the board of directors for the Sign Association of Canada(BC chapter) plus he also serves on the SAC Education Committee.
Kristin Hoebee
Franchise Support
Kristin provides a diverse array of support to the Canadian Speedpro locations, looking after accounting and franchise administrative duties as well as Franchise and Marketing support. Kristin comes from a background of both retail management and office accounting.
Karen Keist
Technical Franchisee Support
For thirty years Karen worked in senior management for large International and national companies. Karen has been based in Edmonton and the Greater Vancouver area for her career. Karen left her corporate position to get more direct contact and hands on involvement with customers. In 2003 she purchased and successfully developed one of the first Speedpro Imaging Studios in North America. Karen sold her business for the benefits of Semi Retirement; however she was equally excited when Speedpro Head Office called to offer some new challenges. Shortly after Karen agreed to begin in a new position called, Franchise Technical Support.
